DeFelsko 0-2.5 inch Probe

DeFelsko PosiTector FNGS Probe measures non-conductive coatings on both ferrous and non-ferrous metal substrates, including fire-retardant (intumescent) coatings, insulating coatings and linings, and ship’s hull paint thickness.

DeFelsko PosiTector FNGS Cabled Probe measures very thick coatings on ferrous and non-ferrous substrates. Designed for measuring thick non-conductive coatings on ferrous and non-ferrous metal substrates, the PosiTector FNGS Probe is ideal for measuring ship hull coatings and thick intumescent paints. The PosiTector FNGS is lightweight and fitted with a top-mounted D-handle for ease of handling, particularly in marine coatings inspection or on other vertical structural paint inspection applications.

The PosiTector FNGS Probe is compatible with PosiTector Smartlink and fully interchangeable on both Standard and Advanced gauge bodies. Compatible with DeFelsko’s PosiSoft Software for viewing, analyzing, and reporting measurement data.

Choose between a Standard or Advanced Gauge Body. A Standard Gauge Body can store up to 1,000 readings per probe. An Advanced Gauge Body can store up to 250,000 readings from multiple probes in up to 1,000 batches and sub-batches. Both DeFelsko Gauge Bodies are compatible with all PosiTector probes. DeFelsko Gauges feature a fast measurement speed of 60+ readings per minute or up to 90+ readings in enhanced FAST mode.
