DeFelsko 0-80 mils/0 – 2000 µm Probes

DeFelsko PosiTector FXS Xtreme™ Probe features a zirconia-toughened alumina wear-face for measuring on rough, abrasive surfaces, as well as a braided steel cable ideal for harsh conditions and continuous measurement. DeFelsko’s PosiTector FXS Xtreme™ Probe now measures to 80 mils (2000 µm) coating thickness range on ferrous substrates up to 250ºC (500º F) and rough surfaces including hot-dipped or thermal-spray galvanizing. These stainless steel probes are hermetically sealed to be waterproof.

The PosiTector FXS Probe is compatible with PosiTector Smartlink and fully interchangeable on both Standard and Advanced gauge bodies. Compatible with DeFelsko’s PosiSoft Software for viewing, analyzing, and reporting measurement data.

Choose between a Standard or Advanced Gauge Body. A Standard Gauge Body can store up to 1,000 readings per probe. An Advanced Gauge Body can store up to 250,000 readings from multiple probes in up to 1,000 batches and sub-batches. Both DeFelsko Gauge Bodies are compatible with all PosiTector probes. DeFelsko Gauges feature a fast measurement speed of 60+ readings per minute or up to 90+ readings in enhanced FAST mode.
