  • DeFelsko PosiTector RTR Check Shim is used to check peak height accuracy of the PosiTector RTR. Stated thickness is adjusted for Replica Tape Offset Value.

    Accuracy: ± 1.25 microns (± 0.049 mil)

    This shim set allows you to verify the the height (H, HL) accuracy of PosiTector RTR instrument in-house, and comes with a Certificate of Calibration traceable to PCB.
