MontiPower Bristle Blasters

MBX Bristle Blaster is a specially-designed, hand-held rotary bristle tool for removal of coatings, rust, scale, and other surface contaminants, as well as producing Anchor Profile on carbon or stainless steels for proper coatings adhesion.

The MBX Bristle Blaster consists of the MBX high-performance Drive Unit and rotating wire belts with specially-designed bristles that remove corrosion, rust, scale, and coatings without damaging the substrate. Additionally, the Bristle Blaster generates anchor profiles ranging from 2.5 to 3.3 mils on hardened steel.

MBX Bristle Blaster is the ideal tool for surface cleaning contoured or textured surfaces, for spot-cleaning patches or small areas, and after-blast touch-up. The Bristle Blaster is straight-forward and simple to use; an instructional video is included with each kit.
