• Weld undercut depth to 1/32 inch
• Excess weld material (capping size)
• Fillet weld leg length
• Fillet weld throat size (1/64″, .5 mm, theoretical, and actual)
• Weld size and height
• Angle of preparation, 0 to 60º
• Misalignment (high/low)
• Depth of pitting by 1/32 inch

Measurements are possible in either inches or millimeters.
