Looking to return something to Stone Tucker Instruments?

Stone Tucker Instruments has a (30) day return policy on all regular stock items. Items must be in like new condition, and in their original packaging. Your order also must be returned with a completed RMA Form, which can be found on our website – stone-tucker.com.

Any items that are classified as “special order” are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Again, these items must be in “like new condition”, and in their original packaging.

Please take note that all consumable items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Discounted items are final sale.

Steps for Return:

  1. Contact Sales Team to discuss your intent to return a product.
  2. Fill out an RMA Form at stone-tucker.com; this form must be sent in with your return.
  3. The item in question will be evaluated to make sure it is not damaged, and in its original packaging.
  4. Our Sales Team will contact you within 5 business days of receiving the item(s), to notify you if the return will be honored based on the condition of the item.
  5. Return will be processed to your original payment method.

How do I know if I purchased a consumable? – The most common consumables we sell are Testex, Chlor*Test, pH Strips, KFE Paper, and Blotter Paper. If you have any questions regarding if a product is consumable, please ask a member of our Sales Team to confirm.

I purchased an item and no longer have the original packaging? Can I still return it? – No, please contact our sales team and we will do our best to assist you. However, opened or used products are subject to trade-in discounts only. *conditions apply.

I purchased too much Chlor*Test for my project. The job is over now, can I return it? – No, Chlor*test loses its value as time goes on due to its expiry date. These products are considered a consumable and are not eligible for return.
