Western Instruments’ WE-7 Compact AC/DC Magnetic Particle Yoke is based on standard AC/DC Yoke construction, but with Western Instruments’ exclusive switch cover and Power Cord Strain Relief, providing greater quality and durability.

The WE-7 is light-weight and compact, with ergonomically designed, urethane rubber housing to reduce operator fatigue and increase durability. WE-7 AC/DC Yoke lifts over 10 pounds in AC mode and over 50 pounds in DC mode, exceeding ASTM or ASME Specifications, and is equipped with a infinitely variable DC output. The AC/DC selector switch is equipped with a unique feedback loop to eliminate failures due to switching between modes when unit is activated. Magnetic Particle Inspection Kits are available for Dry, Wet, Wet/Dry, and Wet Flourescent methods.
