NEW TITLE HERE
Tramex Concrete Encounter CME5 measures moisture content of set concrete, including floor slabs and screed, without boring holes or driving nails. Parallel co-planer electrodes mounted on the base transmit low-frequency signals into set concrete to an approximate depth of 3/4 inch (20 mm). Calibrated on acceptably-dry concrete, the Concrete Encounter CME5 compares the change in impedance caused by the presence of moisture.
The CME5 is simple to use, making it possible to take multiple readings over a large area in a short amount of time.
